Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights. $100 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is an additional optional extra $175 plus tax per week.  Spa heating is an additional optional extra $90 plus tax per week. 

A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50 per week.

A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to the renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.
