"Quinta Granadina" is the name of the villa. It means a country house for a lady who came to Granada. It is located in the heart of Granada, the oldest city on the American continent. It is 3.5 blocks from the Central Park. The house was built with Spanish Colonial elements. The beautiful color used in the paint gives the house a very vivid color. The mango and orange trees surrounding the three bedrooms and living room offer a peaceful atmosphere.
Three cozy bedrooms have private bathrooms with hot water showers, and are equipped with cable TV, ceiling fans, split compressor air-conditioning, custom made furniture, and hair-dryers. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second room has a queen size bed; and the third has 2 twin beds. There is an air bed in the house. There are two distinct dining areas: The long dining table seats 8 people in the living room; another open dining table is located between the living room and the kitchen. In the spacious living room there is a sitting area with rockers for enjoying a good book, or watching a movie on DVD. The living room also has a ping-pong table for you to challenge your travel companions. The kitchen, with plenty of cabinets, is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare great meals. Laundry facility is located at the back of the house. This Colonial home also has a garage. Not many houses in the area have this facility. The garden area has fruit trees, flowers and a lawn. Total area of Quinta Granadina is 8,000 square feet. This house is affordable, beautiful, cozy, elegant, comfortable, and fun. Internet cafes are only one block away. You can use the digital phones there to make international calls at a very good price. A lot of good restaurants are located in the neighborhood.
