Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights and a $110 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 6 nights.
Pool/spa heating is an additional optional extra $150 per week or $50 per day plus tax. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $40 including tax. A refundable deposit of $200 per week ($50 per day) secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
